1.
Remove bottom platen and clean debris from under
platen, Top Piston Machines only. Lubricate
holding pin lightly.
2. Check the vent/dipstick on the back of the
reservoir. It must be unscrewed at least (1)
full turn before operating the pump.
3. Check the top spherical head to insure it
is attached firmly to the hydraulic piston.

This can be done by pulling on the allen
screw located at the tip of the spherical
head. If the spherical head assembly moves
independent of the piston, THE TOP HEAD
MUST BE TIGHTENED! |
